One Monthly Payment, All Your Services Covered
Every client is billed once a month, on the 1st, with a 21-day payment term.
This monthly invoice adds credit to your personal retainer account with us.
As we complete work for you, from day-to-day queries and phone calls to annual accounts, tax returns, HMRC correspondence and more, the work is simply deducted from your retainer balance.
There are no separate invoices and no unexpected charges. Just one dependable monthly payment.
Your retainer level is based on what you’re likely to need over a year. We look at:
Your ongoing compliance requirements
Expected one-off jobs (like company formations)
How much support you usually need
This forecast is then spread evenly across 12 months, giving you a smooth and manageable monthly cost.

When your retainer needs adjusting, we email you directly with:
The updated monthly amount
The reasons behind the adjustment
If your balance ever dips into the negative, we simply add a small “catch-up” amount spread over 36 months to keep things fair and easy to manage.

What if I leave HWA?
If you ever choose to disengage us, any positive balance will be refunded straight back to you and any negative balance just needs settling within 21 days.
